Meet the Designer: Dee Keller

On Friday, Stanley Korshak welcomed emerging shoe designer, Dee Keller, into the store.

The Dee Keller Team: Sherry and Dee

As a mother of four children from Baton Rouge, Dee knows what it’s like to run a busy life and constantly be on the go. Her shoes are made to meet each customer’s needs and fit into her schedule - no matter how crazy.

Dee Keller’s Fall Collection was inspired by lifestyle with neutrals and earth tones kept in mind.

Dee Keller’s Spring Collection was inspired by color, fun, and energy.

“Comfortable, charisma, and cost,” says the designer. These “three C’s” the trademark for any Dee Keller shoe. “Comfort is key, novelty materials are used, and the cost is kept within contemporary price range while still using the finest Italian materials,” she says.

What’s next for the designer? “A showroom in New York and a ready-to-wear-line coming out this Spring.”

New Fendi Shop

We’re excited to announce a significant new arrival in shoes and handbags, a brand new Fendi Shop! Stanley Korshak has carried Fendi in the past, but the line has been absent from the store for the past few years. When asked “why now?” EVP of Merchandising, Rose Clark, replied, “I really like their creative direction right now. They are doing a great job of mixing classics with fresh new designs.”

A to-die-for Louboutin collection. She color coordinates too.

I don’t care for the Kardashians, but my jaw dropped when I saw Khloe’s feature for Elle x The Coveteur. I mean, can you really blame me? Look at her Louboutin collection (mixed in with YSL, Blahnik, Alaïa,and other covet-worthy brands). I also LOVE that she color coordinates too. I do that with my closet, and it’s true, it makes it easier to get dressed and it definitely makes your closet look more organized/clean. *Sigh* I miss my two walk-in closets. The things you give up to move to NYC…
